What is "My Health"?

What you see in My Health applies only to you personally, and no one else can see your results, the personalized advice Hartic provides you, and so on. This is a space for you and your personal development.

It doesn’t matter what your system role is in Hartic. All roles (Administrator, Manager, and Employee) have access to this feature. We all need to work on ourselves, whether or not you have personnel responsibilities.

Based on your results in Hartic, you’ll receive personalized recommendations. These will help you identify areas for improvement and focus on them, regardless of your role within the organization. The recommendations vary in difficulty and the time required to implement them, but they’re all designed to help you feel even better at work, which also benefits your employer.
