Our "Better Work Environment" (BAM) training program is a digital, instructor-led course that takes place over two intensive days. Here, you’ll receive a thorough introduction to how to address workplace safety and health issues and foster strong teamwork in the workplace.

This training provides practical tools and knowledge to help you get the most out of Hartic and make your workplace safety efforts both engaging and effective.

Course Content

BAM is a comprehensive workplace safety training program developed by our HR experts. You couldn’t ask for a better start to sustainable workplace safety efforts than by spending two productive days combining theory with practical activities and exercises.

This course will provide you with knowledge of:

  • How you collaborate on workplace safety issues to prevent health problems in the workplace.
  • How to assess and prevent workplace hazards.
  • How to systematically address workplace safety issues using Hartic.
  • Basic knowledge of the laws and regulations covered by the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
  • How workplace safety efforts can contribute to the business.
  • How workplace safety and health initiatives can impact your talent acquisition.

Certificate of Competence in Occupational Safety and Health

By developing a basic understanding of workplace safety, your team will gain a tool for building a safe and positive workplace culture where everyone can contribute to safety efforts. With an accessible and practical approach, we help you integrate safety issues into your daily routine and streamline your work.

This training program has been specifically designed for individuals with responsibility for workplace safety and is recommended by inspectors from the Swedish Work Environment Authority. Throughout the course, participants gain a fundamental yet comprehensive understanding of how to address workplace safety issues in a practical manner.

Upon completion of the training, each participant receives a course certificate—a diploma that not only attests to their competence but also serves as a mark of quality for the company’s occupational health and safety efforts.

Target audience and price

The target audience includes managers with personnel responsibilities, safety and/or workplace representatives, other union representatives, and employees who need training in occupational health and safety.

This training is also suitable for those who have been working for some time but have not completed occupational safety and health training, or who simply need to refresh their knowledge.

Price: 2,995 SEK per participant, excluding VAT.

(The regular price for the training is 8,995 SEK per participant, but as a customer, you are eligible for a significant discount.)

We offer our training courses on an ongoing basis throughout the year. We typically hold them every other month, but we may also schedule additional sessions if there are many participants.

If you're a current customer, you can also contact your Customer Success Manager, who will help you schedule a session for you and your team.
