How are we really doing? It’s a question that often gets overlooked in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but one that’s crucial for a sustainable work life. Our Well-being feature makes it easy to check in on how the team is doing each day, and now we’ve made it even better.
A feature that makes everyday life easier
Well-being comes down to one simple question: How are you feeling right now? The answer gives both employees and managers a quick snapshot of the team’s current state. It’s not about lengthy surveys or complicated metrics, but about capturing the here and now.
The feature is not anonymous, which encourages openness and enables real-time action. Employees are given the opportunity to articulate their feelings, and managers can quickly pick up on signals that might otherwise be missed.

What's new?
The latest update makes it easier than ever to be a present and supportive leader.
- More in-depth statistics: As a manager, you now have a clearer overview of trends and patterns, making it easier to plan for the long term.
- Feedback right in the feed: As a manager, you can now like or reply to your employees’ check-ins even if they haven’t left a comment.
- Simplified dialogue: Has an employee commented on their response? If so, you can immediately start a conversation within the system and continue the dialogue as needed.
- New design: Välmående has gotten a minor facelift that makes it even more enjoyable to use.
A role that grows with you
Well-being is more than just a function; it’s a way to foster ongoing communication between managers and employees, with a focus on health, sustainability, and preventive measures. By monitoring daily well-being and tracking trends over time, you’ll not only create a better work environment—you’ll also build a stronger culture where everyone feels comfortable sharing how they’re doing.
And for the employee? The answer is always available in My Health, where you can easily track your own progress and continue the dialogue with your manager.
