New design in the overview
The Overview tab has been completely redesigned to make it easier to quickly understand how your organization is doing and performing. Here, you’ll find modern tables and charts that make it easy to interpret the results and identify trends. The visual overview provides a solid foundation for driving progress and focusing on what really matters.
More flexibility with filtering
The " Team " tab has been renamed " Organization," and this is more than just a cosmetic change. The new Organization view gives you entirely new ways to filter and analyze results. Now you can filter not only by team, but also by departments and offices to zoom in on the specific groups that need your attention. This makes it easier to identify patterns and take targeted action.
A new take on heat maps
The platform’s popular Heatmap has been significantly updated and is now even more user-friendly. As an Administrator, you can easily get a comprehensive overview of the company’s overall results, while Managers can view a summary of their teams.
With improved filters, you can quickly focus on the results that are most relevant to you, based on your role in the system.
In-depth coverage at every level
The three tabs Pulse surveys, Statements, and Comments have also been redesigned and feature more in-depth content. Here, as a user, you can delve even deeper into the questions most relevant to your organization and turn insights into concrete actions. The goal is to create a natural link between analysis and action.
