New in Hartic: Clearer and smarter role for Leaders

We are continuing to develop Hartic to make it easier and more efficient to work with workplace safety and team development. We are now clarifying what the "Leader" role entails and how it differs from other system roles.

What's new?

Hartic has three system roles: Administrator, Manager, and Employee. Managers now have even better tools for working with their teams—while we maintain clear boundaries for access and security.

What can a leader do?

✔ Create and manage surveys for their teams.
✔ View survey results and insights.
✔ Work on recommended actions to improve the work environment.
✔ Follow up on and adjust improvement efforts based on data.

Managers can only work within their own teams and can only view their results. Administrators, on the other hand, have a complete overview of the entire organization and manage system settings and licenses.

Team ownership and access to results

Each team can have one or more Owners, ensuring that the right people have access to the most relevant information. Leaders can only view their team’s results, while Administrators also have access to the organization’s overall view and automatically generated action recommendations.

The leadership role and personnel responsibilities

Being a Leader in Hartic does not automatically entail personnel responsibility, but a Leader may have personnel responsibility for other users. This is managed by Administrators and gives the Leader access to features such as the Well-being tool to support their team members.

With these improvements, it will be even easier to take a strategic approach to workplace safety and team development, while maintaining the organization’s structure and security.
