Smart notifications
We’ve added a feed in Hartic where you’ll receive instant updates whenever someone answers a question or leaves a comment. You can also keep track of interactions that are relevant to you—such as when someone likes a post—right from your feed.
Not anonymous, but valuable
An important aspect of Välmående is that the survey is not anonymous. The aim is to foster an honest and safe dialogue between employees and their immediate supervisors. This enhances the ability to identify and support individual needs in everyday work. Only the employee’s immediate supervisor can view responses and comments, along with Administrators who have full access to all parts of the platform.
