When you become a customer, we begin by ensuring that you feel fully prepared to use the platform to its full potential. Our onboarding process is cost-effective and includes a detailed introduction to all features and capabilities that Hartic offers, tailored to your specific needs and goals.

We recognize that every organization is unique. You can choose between digital onboarding, in-person onboarding, or a combination of both. During the introduction, we guide you as the system administrator, with a focus on how the platform can support structured and systematic work environment management.

To build a strong foundation across the organization, we recommend involving key individuals such as managers or team leaders in the onboarding process

When the time comes to introduce Hartic to employees, we can support the process to ensure a smooth and inspiring introduction. This can be conducted either in person or digitally. A common approach is to carry this out together with your management team and HR department.

A dedicated Customer Success Manager

Relationships matter. For that reason, you are assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
